The FT Live Marketing team:

  • Convene the best audiences - known and new - through valuable, relevant, and timely messaging
  • Create fully developed go-to-market plans across our event portfolios
  • Execute through channels including email, organic social, PPC, advocacy (supporting partnerships, speaker + sponsor channels), content marketing (including video), and advertising on FT.com and in the newspaper
  • Drive traffic to our event microsites so that key audience groups register - either as paying delegates or VIPs (senior buy-side)
  • Produce messaging that is brought to life by the beautiful and effective creatives that our design team produces
  • Target key audiences and segments through the robust work of our data and campaign teams. Our data team also works hard to increase our contactable database on a weekly basis

  • Produce all event programmes, ensuring they are both topical and commercially viable
  • Secure high-level speakers for core conferences and strategic solutions
  • Secure high-level guests for roundtables
  • Liaise directly with FT journalists as moderators and to optimise agendas
  • Research new events and formats to ensure growth
