The FT Future of Retail Series will analyse and examine the key challenges and opportunities facing the retail industry in 2021. Taking place across three days, the programme will feature engaging speakers from across the retail sector on a range of topics from ecommerce to sustainability. 21st September Resilient Manufacturing: How can leaders build resilience in retail? The focus of day one is how corporate leaders can develop an effective strategy to retain customers, drive growth and save jobs. Hear from a range of C-suite leaders in the retail sector for insights and learnings from handling the crisis.

22nd September Sustainability and Ethics: Rebuilding responsibly in 2021 On day two, panels will dive into how the retail industry can become more sustainable. Experts in their field will analyse the benefits and challenges of going green and how consumer trends are shifting towards more conscious spending.

23rd September Technology and Ecommerce: Transforming the retail experience online and offline On day three, expert speakers will discuss how technology is continuing to transform the retail business from in-store digital innovations to the rapid rise of e-commerce.
